WoodWing asked PurPur to organize their biennial international convention. The programme took up 3 days and consisted of various plenary and breakout sessions. The target group consisted of WoodWing partners, clients and staff, who flew in from all over the world. In other words, PurPur was put to the test on a logistically speaking as well. The larger programme also entailed some secondary programmes, such as a partner and customer council and evening activities in the heart of Amsterdam.
PurPur was responsible for the entire project management process, support, communication (partly set up using WoodWing tools as well as external tools), registration, productional execution, logistics.
