Our assignment was clear. Organizing a very successful virtual event that can match a live event in terms of experience. We have chosen our own innovative 3D event location.

In times of not being able to meet each other live, our client Micro Focus still needs to share knowledge and continue to inspire their customers and partners.

During this online live event, the plenary program was live broadcasted from the studio. The other 4 break-outs are pre-recorded and have been open to visitors of the platform for a week. It has become a beautiful, online event with interaction, live & online speakers, break-outs and a partner exhibition floor.

Micro Focus has invited its partners Expleo, Capitar Security, TCS and Sogeti to sponsor this event and they were given their own virtual stand on the exhibition floor.

Responsibilities

PurPur was responsible for deploying our own online event platform, total project management, supervision, communication, production execution, logistics and financial management.
