Ron van Leeuwen, director and architect at Kokon Architectuur en Stedenbouw, is not only keen on architecture & urban development. He is also tremendously passionate about music and loves composing. In a short period of time, he created no less than 13 compositions, ranging from ballroom to hip hop. The famous Dutch Metropole Orchestra, conducted by Maurice Luttikhuis, performed all of these compositions at a splendid concert gala. Six professional dancers performed choreographies to several of these compositions, which lifted the entire experience to even greater heights. To top it all off, the piece ‘Rotterdam’ featured the famous Dutch singer and actress Joke Bruijs.
